Care Admin Officer

Salary: £30,000-£34,499
Mondonovo Care is looking for a Care Admin Officer with a health care experience to work in a growing and expanding team.
We are looking for an organised and reliable Care Admin Officer to support the daily operations of our care agency in the main office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, good computer knowledge, and an understanding of the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* General office administration and data entry
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
* Preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Maintaining staff and service user records
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration
* Assisting management with day-to-day office tasks
* Providing basic IT support and troubleshooting for office devices and systems
* Helping staff with simple technical issues such as passwords, printers, email access, and software use
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
* Field Supervisory – task and staff spot checks and supervision
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Basic IT troubleshooting skills
* Understanding or previous experience within health and social care
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional and friendly approach
Desirable but not mandatory:
* Experience working in a care agency or healthcare environment
* Familiarity with care management systems
* Basic knowledge of compliance and staff record keeping
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,449.00 per year
