Job OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for us to expand our Cardiac Disease Risk Management service at Frimley Park Hospital.We are seeking the skills of an experienced cardiology nurse who has the ability to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of individuals referred to the service.
