What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, your day will fly by. You’ll be:

• Taking a mix of inbound calls and making outbound calls to our customers.
• Delivering a truly amazing customer experience that leaves people smiling.
• Blending sales and customer service naturally by offering helpful solutions.
• Problem-solving, answering queries, and keeping the energy high on the floor.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: £25,500 per year.

• Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role (Guaranteed hours, absolute stability).

Hours & Location

• Location: Birmingham. (Please note: This is a 100% fully on-site role in our lively office. It is NOT remote or hybrid). Perfect if you are searching for local Birmingham jobs or West Midlands jobs!
• Hours: 40 hours per week on a fair, structured rota basis.
• Shifts: Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm, and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm.
• Time Off: You will always get 2 full days off per week to rest and recharge.
