The Opportunity

My client is an established Financial Services consultancy with over two decades of deep subject matter expertise and a proven track record with the world’s leading financial institutions. They are currently experiencing a period of significant growth, having achieved their annual targets a full quarter ahead of plan. To support a clear three-year expansion roadmap, they are looking for a talented Business Transformation Analyst to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute actively to multidisciplinary client engagements, supporting the execution of projects across the full lifecycle—from pre-sales and sales to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis: Evaluate and prioritize business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
• Project Delivery: Assist delivery teams by building trusting relationships with stakeholders and supporting key project milestones.
• Workshop Facilitation: Run or facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients to help establish transformative change.
• Data Intelligence: Extract, interpret, and evaluate large datasets to develop integrated business analysis and projections that enhance strategic decision-making.
• Strategy Mapping: Construct workflow diagrams to identify cost-saving areas and suggest efficient reallocation of resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with people at all levels of an organization to understand the client’s change agenda and present findings in a persuasive manner.
  

What My Client Is Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of two years working in a business-facing environment as a Business Analyst, Junior Consultant, or similar role. Prior experience in the consulting domain is preferable.
• Education: A degree-level qualification (minimum 2.1), preferably in a technology or business-related subject.
• Analytical Rigor: A commercially aware and innovative mindset that is comfortable challenging established approaches to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical jargon to non-technical teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced IT skills, including mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Professional Attitude: A resilient, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player who continually strives for excellence.
