Gaining management experience in many media areas (including international documentary production and distribution, post production, communications for the healthcare and educational sectors, art and music festivals, software development, video art, hotels and leisure), the successful candidate will have the ability to analyse information and make decisions, together with the drive and determination to put them into action.Following a rigorous three-month training period, you will learn and apply contemporary management theory, be capable of assessing real-world problems and visualising elegant solutions. You will be responsible for implementing real change and improvement through the production, development and maintenance of critical business systems and processes. We then expect the successful candidate to specialise across one or more of the group’s businesses, with scope for rapid career growth.You will be part of a team charged with the goal of improving the operation and efficiency of our diverse range of businesses, and on a pathway to a rapidly advancing career.
