Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Clerical Assistant within our Mental Health, Alcohol, Drugs & Learning Disability Service in East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership based at North West Area Centre, Kilmarnock.
Hours And Shift Pattern
18 hours per week:
Monday 2-5pm
Tuesday 9-5pm
Wednesday 9-5pm

What You Will Do
You will provide a confidential and comprehensive medical records support service to the NHS Mental Health Teams within the Mental Health, Alcohol, Drugs & Learning Disability Service. East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
You should possess an SVQ Level II in Administration. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. Experience of working in an NHS environment with an understanding/experience of NHS networks is desirable. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. The ability to work unsupervised whilst using your own initiative is essential as is being able to work to challenging timescales by organising ]and prioritising your workload and having the flexibility to adapt to change and last minute demands.
