Kick start your career in Business Support. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Birmingham care-experienced young person to join our Rights and Participation team as a Business Support Apprentice. The team’s core business is to empower children and young people to have a voice in decisions that affect their lives. This role is designed to help you gain valuable skills, experience, and a nationally recognised qualification while making a real difference in people’s lives.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals. You will help with the organisation and day‑to‑day delivery of business support tasks, while receiving tailored support and mentoring. You’ll learn on the job alongside experienced colleagues, with structured training and ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship.

In this role, we are looking for a dependable and motivated apprentice who is passionate about learning and developing strong business support skills while contributing positively to the team.
