We are currently looking for a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead to join us during the early growth phase of the company.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven who wants to help shape a modern enterprise-focused consultancy from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and grow strategic relationships across enterprise, real estate, workplace technology, hospitality, and corporate sectors
• Identify and create new business opportunities aligned with JPR & Co.’s services and long-term direction
• Build partnerships with technology vendors, operators, consultants, and industry stakeholders
• Support client acquisition efforts and commercial growth initiatives
• Coordinate and participate in meetings, pitches, and strategic discussions
• Help position JPR & Co. within the smart workplace and enterprise transformation ecosystem
• Contribute to long-term business growth strategy and expansion opportunities

Ideal Background

• Experience in business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Existing network within workplace technology.
• Comfortable operating in early-stage and entrepreneurial environments
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a practical, execution-focused mindset
• Interest in smart workplace solutions, operational transformation, enterprise technology, and modern infrastructure
