If so, we’d love to hear from you in connection with this brand-new, hybrid, BDM opportunity which provides the flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our UK offices.
Aon is in the business of better decisions
At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organisation, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
What The Day Will Look Like
As a Business Development Manager in our UK Construction practice you will:
What Makes This Role Different
This is a pure new‑business role within Aon’s specialist UK Construction practice, focused on winning complex, senior‑level clients rather than managing an existing portfolio. You’ll take a highly consultative approach, using deep sector knowledge, benchmarking (including GRIP), claims insight and Aon’s full range of risk solutions to create genuinely differentiated propositions, all while working flexibly in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment with access to expertise across the UK and globally.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential. As a result, at Aon, you are more connected, more relevant, and more valued.
