Role Description

This is a full-time, home-based role for a Business Development Manager Engineering Polymers UK & Ireland. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities in the UK and Irish markets. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with clients, implementing effective sales strategies, identifying market trends, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the logistics and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers. You will contribute to driving revenue growth and strengthening Snetor’s position as a leader in Automotive, E&E, Medical and Industrial Markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management in the plastics or polymers industry
• Strong knowledge of engineering plastics, market trends, and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and create actionable sales plans
• Proficiency in using business development tools and CRM software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Availability to travel within the UK and Ireland as required
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage)
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
