Ready to lead a dynamic team and make a real difference to patient care? As our Business Coordinator for the Integrated Discharge Service, you’ll be at the heart of our busy discharge coordination service – helping patients get home safely and efficiently.
Based in our award-winning Transfer of Care Hub, you’ll manage a dedicated team of administrators while coordinating the business processes that keep our discharge service running smoothly. This isn’t just about paperwork – you’ll be driving quality improvements, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every patient receives the support they need for a successful discharge.
