Above all, you are passionate about service design, enjoy problem-solving and are driven to deliver better outcomes for communities.
About The Team…
You will be part of a small, welcoming and friendly Local Authority with a strong sense of community and belonging. Based at our Time Square offices within the Children’s Social Care team, you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation as part of a grant-funded transformational programme.
Our culture is connected and inclusive, with a clear focus on wellbeing and supporting our people to thrive. We take pride in our approachable and visible leadership team, who are committed to supporting staff and enabling innovation.
