Business Analyst – PMO
Location: Hybrid (some occasional travel required)

Reports to: Senior Business Analyst
Contract: TBC (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to £45k dependent on experience
Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Digital Services team of a leading healthcare organisation. This role will play an important part in supporting the delivery of digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, the Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of digital solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
The role will contribute to project scoping, business case development, solution evaluation, and successful implementation of digital systems. The successful candidate will help ensure that technology solutions align with organisational strategy, regulatory requirements, and the needs of service users and staff.
