Business Analyst (MRO experience) Full Time

Our company is an international aviation spare parts supplier, providing a wide range of services including aircraft teardown and components repair, MRO and maintenance, engine and APU repairs.

Eftec Aero is looking for a highly analytical and market-driven Business Analyst (MRO experience) to join our team. This role is focused on analyzing the aviation spare parts market, supporting purchasing and sales strategies, and driving data-based decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the aviation spare parts market and support development of purchasing and sales strategies
• Collect, process, and interpret data on pricing, inventory levels, lead times, exchange rates, and logistics
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth and optimization
• Build demand forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and minimize risks (overstock / shortages)
• Support decision-making in procurement, sales, and planning
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders
• Work with internal systems (CRM/ERP) and external aviation databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, operations)

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the aviation industry (market analysis, procurement, planning, or sales of spare parts)
• Strong ability to analyze market conditions and develop data-driven strategies
• Advanced data analysis skills (data collection, processing, interpretation)
• Understanding of aviation market specifics (OEM, PMA, DER, aftermarket, inventory, brokerage transactions)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas; VBA is a plus)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
• Ability to build forecasts and manage inventory planning
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and aviation parts databases is an advantage
