Department: ServicesLocation: Remote, UKDescriptionWe are seeking a French-speaking Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the products we build for our customers. You will be a thought leader in defining the requirements elicitation process and will be responsible for ensuring that our deliveries align with the business vision and maximise value for stakeholders.This role will involve working closely with French-speaking clients, so fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, improve, and standardise the requirements elicitation process.Shape products’ vision and backlogs working closely with our customers’ Product Owners.Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria working with both internal and external technical stakeholders (Solution Architects, Software Engineers, QA).Run discovery workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to advance product development and identify new opportunities.Contribute to winning new business by engaging with potential customers in a pre-sales capacity.Coach and mentor less experienced team members.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertisePrevious experience as a client facing Business Analyst across diverse sized projects.Confident in challenging assumptions and working with the customers’ Product Owners to define an PoC/MVP for a product.Experience coaching Product Owners including defining product canvasses, building roadmaps and setting product and sprint goals.Ability to effectively structure backlogs to define a product using epics and features aligning both business needs and technical architecture.Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.Ability to lead Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning Sessions, Iteration Planning Sessions and Project Discovery Sessions, and Backlog Refinement Sessions.Expert understanding of Scrum.Solid experience working in an Agile team to agree and develop system/product designs based on user requirements and specify these as user stories.Ability to create and sustain effective stakeholder relationships, across all levels.Resilient and proactive with a strong delivery focus.Strong modelling skills across the data, application and business process domains using standard modelling conventions (i.e. UML, BMPN, etc).Ability to become familiar with complex business domains quickly.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.BenefitsRemote-first working with flexibility around client needs.Private Medical Insurance.Projects with global brands & public sector leaders, working on real-world impact.A collaborative culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Competitive salary and long-term growth opportunities.
