Brewery Team Member Full Time NEW

• 6:00am – 6:00pm (day shift)
• 6:00pm – 6:00am (night shift)

Shifts rotate weekly between days and nights.

We are looking for a Brewery Team Member to join our weekend team in Middleton. Mizkan is a global food company, producing well-known brands including Sarson’s, Hayward, Branston and OSU.

You will play a key role in ensuring our products are produced to the highest safety, quality and operational standards, while supporting day-to-day production and continuous improvement across the Brewery.

The role:

• Operating production processes (including cooking, filtration, pressing and transfers)
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Carrying out equipment checks and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
• Supporting production targets and daily priorities
• Completing production and quality documentation
• Communicating effectively at shift handovers
• Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
• Working closely with your team to support other areas of the Brewery where required

Key responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environment

• Follow all site safety policies and procedures
• Carry out and record safety checks
• Report and escalate hazards or incidents
• Take responsibility for your own safety and others around you

Quality

• Ensure products meet required specifications
• Complete all quality checks and documentation accurately
• Follow SOPs and maintain high housekeeping standards

Productivity & Delivery

• Support production plans and KPIs
• Take part in team meetings and daily priorities
• Support operational maintenance and continuous improvement

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
