Shot Social Agency is a content and production company working with some of the fastest-growing podcasters and creators globally across health, longevity, finance, lifestyle, and beauty verticals. We manage long-form podcast production, YouTube channel growth, and short-form social content for a roster of premium founder-led creators with combined audiences in the millions of monthly impressions.
We are now scaling our brand partnerships division to systematically monetise our roster’s inventory through sponsor deals, brand integrations, and multi-platform partnerships.
The Role
We are hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead sponsor and brand deal sales across our creator and podcaster roster. This is a commission-led individual contributor role with significant earnings potential, reporting directly to the founder.
You will be responsible for:
– Building and owning the sponsor pipeline from cold outreach through to close
– Identifying brand-side decision makers across health, wellness, supplements, finance, productivity, lifestyle, beauty, and DTC verticals
– Running discovery calls, pitching the network, and presenting custom packages tailored to brand objectives
– Negotiating CPM rates, package structure, term length, and exclusivity windows
– Structuring deals across formats: host-read podcast ads, YouTube integrations, Instagram and TikTok partnerships, multi-creator network campaigns
– Owning sponsor relationships post-signing, managing creative briefs, ad copy approvals, and renewal conversations
– Weekly pipeline reporting and quarterly forecasting to the founder
What We Provide
– A roster of established creators and podcasters with proven audience numbers and engaged subscriber bases
– Pre-built sponsor sales deck with audience demographics, performance data, and case studies
– Megaphone-hosted ad ops infrastructure for podcast inventory
– Standard sponsor agreement templates and contract workflow
– Performance reporting dashboards (impressions, completion rates, click-through, conversion attribution where available)
– Direct working relationship with the founder and creators for deal-specific creative requests
– Professional brand assets and dedicated network landing page
Compensation
Commission-only contractor structure:
– 15% of net network revenue on every sponsor deal closed
– Paid monthly in arrears against signed and invoiced deals
– Renewal commissions paid on the same terms in renewal years
– No earnings cap
Requirements
Must have:
– Minimum 2 years selling podcast advertising or creator brand partnerships at a network, host-read agency, talent management firm, or major audio platform
– Existing relationships with brand-side advertisers, media buyers, or ad agencies in at least one of: health and wellness, supplements, finance, lifestyle, beauty, or productivity SaaS
– Proven track record of closing high-value deals (£5K-50K+ per deal)
– Self-directed and comfortable in commission-only structures
– Hunter mentality
Nice to have:
– Experience selling multi-creator or network-level packages
– Existing UK and US ad agency relationships
– Fluency in podcast and creator metrics (CPM, downloads, completion rate, watch time, CTR)
– Familiarity with Megaphone, Spotify Ad Studio, Acast, or similar platforms
