To undertake the day to day supervision of the booking and scheduling staff members, providing an efficient and high quality booking and scheduling service to support the Directorate. You will be required to ensure cover throughout the operating hours of 08:00 – 17:00 in our admin office at CDH. You may also be required to attend RPH to support the booking supervisor during busy periods and annual leave.Responsible for providing a comprehensive and proactive administration service ensuring high quality and professional delivery of administration services to clinicians throughout the Women’s & Children’s Division.Provide line management and leadership to the admin teams and support their development ensuring a business and service focused approach.
