The Role
As Our Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, You Will Participate In All Aspects Of Sales. Working In a Proactive And Professional Manner, You Will Respond To Customer Inquiries To Radwell By Phone, Email Or Through Other Channels. In Addition, You Will
- Manage sales opportunities and convert them into billable sales.
- Verify inventory and fulfill orders when stock is available.
- Inform customers of price or delivery updates for orders via phone, email, or online.
- Ensure all customer-confirmed orders are reviewed for any discrepancies.
- Ensure all non-cancellable, non-returnable orders are processed
- Ensure all customer communications via phone and email are prompt, efficient, and consistently professional.
- Assure a high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means
- Input quotes and orders into the sales system, ensuring accuracy in delivery, payment terms, and key details.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other outreach efforts.
About You
With strong computer skills and inter-personal communication , the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong computer proficiency (Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools)
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of the sales cycle
- Relevant degree (Desirable)
