Requires previous professional experience.The ideal candidate will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Location: United Kingdom, Remote or Hybrid (London Office), or Dublin ROIWhat You’ll DoLiaise with internal and external providers and systems for all international benefitsSickness and Leave of Absence management (requests, inquiries, processing) for Tripadvisor employees. Assist with International benefit renewal (open enrollments)Global Policy reviews and benchmarkingSupport International pension governance requirementsResponsible for Benefits Content on Passport/Service Now, Benefit Orientation, and creating/sending international employee communicationMaintain Benefit statsLiaise with HR Business Partners/Staffing on business-related requestsDay to Day Benefits processing, including Insurance forms, reconciliation/audits, meal vouchers, voluntary benefits/statutory requirement, i.e., eye care vouchers, biketowork, kiddievouchers Respond to employee benefit inquiriesProvide support on new initiatives implemented through Global Benefits Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree 5 to 8 years of work experience with international benefitsThorough understanding of HRIS systems, Service Now and Workday experience a plus.Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset Strong analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently, managing priorities.Strategic initiative: ability to identify issues and develop recommendationsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to remain poised in difficult situations.Possess an understanding of business strategies, culture and work to achieve results.
