Job description:
Business Operations Coordinator
Salary: £25,350 per year plus quarterly performance bonus
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
About Us
We are a growing group of businesses operating across consultancy, sport, events, and education. Our companies support clients and customers throughout the UK and Europe, and we are entering an exciting period of growth.
We are a small, ambitious team that values initiative, accountability, and excellent service. This role offers genuine career progression for the right person. As the businesses continue to grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and develop into an Operations Manager position.
We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to become a key part of the team and help keep multiple businesses running smoothly as we continue to expand.
The Role
This is not a standard admin job.
You will work directly with the Managing Director, helping to coordinate operations, manage projects, support clients and customers, and ensure that important tasks are completed efficiently across the business group.
While the role will primarily support Caring Futures, you will also assist with projects and operations across our wider businesses in the sports, events, and education sectors. This makes the role varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things and being involved in different types of work.
You will be responsible for helping to keep systems organized, communications flowing, projects moving forward, and priorities on track. No two days will be exactly the same.
If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this role was written for you.
What You Will Be Doing
What We Are Looking For
We want someone highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
You will ideally have:
Experience in administration, operations, executive assistance, customer service, project coordination, case management, events, education, healthcare, financial services, or similar industries would be beneficial but is not essential.
What We Offer
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short cover note of no more than 10 sentences to recruitment@caringfutures.co.uk.
In your cover note, tell us about a time you had to manage multiple priorities, keep people organized, or take ownership of an important project or process. We are looking for practical examples rather than generic cover letters.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short video interview.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, not simply fill a position.
