Job Summary
The Licenced Trade Charity Receptionist role is a busy and varied role as the first point of contact for
telephone calls and visitors to the Charity and LVS Ascot School. The Charity Receptionist provides a calm,
welcoming and professional service to visitors, including trustees, parents, children and staff.
This role requires good organisation, prioritisation and communication skills including the ability to manage
calls and visitors at the same time. This role also includes administrative support as needed, experience with
Microsoft Office is required.
The hours are Monday to Friday 0800 to 17:00, 52 weeks per year. This is a bank role including cover for the
booked holiday of the receptionist, covering as and when required. A uniform is provided.
