Penn Hall School is a special school in Wolverhampton for pupils aged 3 to 19 with a wide range of special educational needs, including physical disabilities, severe learning difficulties, and autism.
We are seeking an Attendance Administrator / Family Liaison & Receptionist to support pupils, families, and staff across the school. This varied role combines attendance monitoring, family liaison, and part-time reception duties.
You will promote good attendance and punctuality, work with families to reduce barriers to school, liaise with staff and external agencies, maintain accurate records, and provide a professional front-of-house service on designated reception days.
We are looking for someone who is organised, calm, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with families while managing administrative processes accurately and professionally.

Reception duties form part of the role on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2.00pm onwards and all day on Thursdays.
