Associate responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
- Perform complex financial modelling, valuation analysis (DCF, LBO, comps), and deep-dive sector research within the TMT space.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and external advisors, managing the due diligence process and data room coordination.
- Mentor and oversee the work of Analysts, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with the firm’s premium delivery standards.
As the successful candidate you will
- Possess advanced financial modelling skills and a sophisticated understanding of TMT market dynamics.
- Have a proven track record of supporting successful transaction closings within a reputable bank or boutique.
- Exhibit the drive to operate in a fast-paced, deal-heavy environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
