Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of service.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
• Manage merchandising displays to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism and personalised attention.
• Organise staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while maintaining efficient time management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members to foster a cohesive and professional work environment.
• Maintain administrative records, including stock levels, sales reports, and staff attendance logs with organisational precision.
• Uphold brand standards in visual presentation, store cleanliness, and overall ambience to reflect the luxury image of the brand.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone or face-to-face, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Proven management or supervisory experience within luxury retail or high-end fashion environments.
• Demonstrable track record in retail management, sales management, or team leadership roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse clientele.
• Experience in merchandising, visual presentation, and administrative tasks relevant to retail operations.

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,508.77 per year
