Assistant Regional Manager Full Time NEW

Location: Leeds, LS27 7JZ

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £54,000 pa DOE

Are you an experienced operational leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment? We’re looking for an Assistant Regional Manager to support regional service operations, lead high‑performing teams, and deliver outstanding customer service.

About the role: You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee day‑to‑day service centre operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. From supporting workshop performance to developing teams and driving continuous improvement, this is a key leadership role with real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the management of service centre operations and performance
• Driving excellent customer service and strong customer relationships
• Improving productivity, efficiency, and labour utilisation
• Leading, motivating, and developing teams across the region
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
• Supporting recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong management experience in a commercial or workshop environment
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills
• Confident decision‑maker with excellent organisational abilities
• Experience in vehicle or technical service operations (desirable)
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to meet operational demands
