We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in London.Salary: £38,000 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – FridayLocation: London, W1K 3JPKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day running of the café, deli and coffee barDeliver a high standard of customer service, working closely with front of house teamsRespond to client and customer feedback promptly, making improvements where neededEnsure standards are met across quality, service and health & safetyManage the hospitality operation, including events and pantry oversightCoordinate with the Head Chef on daily menus and food offeringSupport and deliver a range of events, from small fine dining to larger canapé functionsLead, manage and develop a team of 9, including the kitchen teamBe hands-on on the floor, supporting the team during service while also managing systems and adminDrive team engagement, performance and a positive team cultureOur Ideal CandidateStrong experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environmentHands-on leader who leads from the front and is visible on the floorConfident working with high-end clients and delivering premium serviceBackground in restaurant, café and hospitality operations, ideally with fine dining exposurePassionate and proactive, bringing fresh ideas to drive the business forwardStrong customer focus, with the ability to respond to feedback and continuously improveOrganised and comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with eventsA natural people person who can bring the team together and create a positive working environmentGood understanding of systems, alongside operational excellenceSolid knowledge of health & safety and service standardsPositive, hands-on leader who can motivate and support a diverse teamWhat’s in it for you?
