Role Description
This part-time, on-site role as Assistant Bar & Hospitality Manager is based in Merthyr Tydfil. The role involves overseeing daily bar and hospitality operations to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting in staff training, managing food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. The individual will work closely with the management team to uphold quality and support events held at the club. The role is to assist and deputise in the absence of the Bar and Hospitality Manager.
