About The Role
Are you highly organised, customer‑focused and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you take pride in accuracy, prioritising the right things at the right time, and supporting others to deliver great outcomes? If so, this could be the role for you.
As our Asset Investment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the delivery of planned investment works to our homes. Working closely with Project Managers and colleagues across the business, you’ll help us manage and deliver over £25 million of investment into customers’ homes every year, ensuring they remain decent, safe and somewhere people can be proud to live.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is £27,523 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
About You
