Assessment Administrator (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office in Auckley, South Yorkshire)
Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months
Salary: Up to £25,000 (pro rata)
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Assessment Administrator to support our apprenticeship assessment team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure our assessment products and processes run smoothly.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. There is potential for this role to become permanent, with opportunities to progress into an Assessment Developer role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the apprenticeships team
· Assist with preparing and updating assessment materials and documentation
· Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and associates as required
· Provide general administrative support across the team as needed
About You
Essential:
· Strong organisational and administrative skills
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
· Clear and professional communication skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Desirable:
· Previous experience in an administrative role
· Experience working in apprenticeships, education, or training environments
