Job Description:

To actively manage the assigned sales trading territory of Peacock & Binnington to the west of Brigg, giving efficient, responsive and cheerful attention to our customers within agreed business practices. Selling leading franchises from Massey Ferguson, JCB, Vaderstad and Lemken, this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic sales person.

• Operate with precision and commercial awareness by following best-practice processes, maintaining accurate systems, making sound stock and underwriting decisions, and protecting overall business value.
• Manage stock and assets effectively by ensuring timely preparation, smart cost control, and proactive issue resolution to keep everything moving and market-ready.
• Strengthen market position by meeting or exceeding manufacturer targets, enhancing dealer partnerships, and contributing to long-term business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor by continuously developing your product knowledge and confidently guiding customers toward the right solutions for their needs.
• Plan, review, and improve by taking a forward-thinking approach to deals, learning from outcomes, and driving ongoing performance improvements.
