As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join our dynamic team serving the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon region.
The Role
As an Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customers within your designated territory. You will build strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, contractors, and key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers
- Conduct regular customer visits and site meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role (preferably within plumbing, construction, or related industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Good knowledge of the local market is advantageous
