Role Overview
On-the-Job Training & Skill Development: Actively participate in training programmes to develop technical skills in vehicle maintenance and repair, gaining hands-on experience.
Assist with Maintenance Tasks: Support experienced technicians with routine tasks like oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections while learning the necessary skills.
Diagnostic & Repair Learning: Learn how to use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues, and gain experience repairing and maintaining various vehicle components.
Customer Service Skills: Develop effective communication skills by providing excellent customer service during vehicle servicing and repairs.
Health, Safety & Professional Growth: Take responsibility for personal and workplace safety, while continuously seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the automotive industry.
