Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for an Appliance Installation Technician. The role involves the installation, connection, and setup of appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, and other related equipment in alignment with customer needs. Additional responsibilities include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and following all safety standards. The Appliance Installation Technician will also work to deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing detailed explanations of equipment operations and ensuring customer needs are fully addressed. Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving equipment malfunctionsStrong communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions to customersExperience in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfactionSkilled in cabling and proper hardware connection setup for appliance installationsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote settingFamiliarity with safety protocols and standards for working in residential or commercial environmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in appliance installation is a plus
