Analyst – Real Estate Debt Advisory

London (Marylebone) | Full-time

We are looking to hire a high-calibre Analyst to join our Structured Finance team, supporting the execution of complex real estate financing transactions across the UK and Western Europe.

This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of transactions – working directly alongside senior deal leaders from the initial credit underwriting & structuring stage through to negotiation of detailed terms and transaction execution.

The Role

• Support the execution of real estate financing transactions across a range of asset classes and capital structures with a primary focus on UK transactions
• Prepare high-quality lender presentations and information memoranda
• Build and maintain detailed cashflow models, including development appraisals and debt structuring scenarios
• Liaise with clients to assemble transaction materials and take opportunities to market
• Manage lender interactions, including handling queries and coordinating information flow
• Analyse and compare lender terms (pricing, covenants, structure)
• Support competitive lender processes to ensure a structured and professional approach
• Attend meetings with clients and lenders alongside senior deal leaders
• Review term sheets and coordinate stakeholder feedback
• Build and maintain relationships across the market (lenders, valuers, lawyers, agents)

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years’ experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Demonstrable experience working on live transactions, ideally within real estate debt or structured finance
• Strong financial modelling capability (debt and equity cashflows) and exposure to AI infrastructure
• Solid understanding of key credit metrics (LTV, LTC, ICR, DSCR, yield analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing client-facing materials
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
• Professional and confident in both internal and external settings
• Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 from a leading university)
