About Loomera Advisory 

Loomera Advisory is a managed service partner for Strategy, M&A, and Transformation. We exist because we believe the traditional advisory model is broken – it’s too slow, too expensive, and too disconnected from the people doing the work.  

So we’re building something different. We don’t advise and exit – we embed ourselves in our clients’ teams, guide the right conversations, build capability, and own delivery end to end. We’re also currently building out our own AI-powered software to cut out the repetitive rubbish, streamline how we work and make consulting EASIER and FASTER. 

Why Loomera over a bigger company? The company is growing fast. We already have a steady client base that’s expanding rapidly and over the next year we’ll be launching the SaaS platform. That means real opportunities to grow with us, not just fill a seat.

About the Team 

We’re moving to an agile pod delivery model – small, focused teams that move fast, cut through the noise, and deliver outcomes for clients without the red tape that slows traditional consultancy down. 

We’re at the start of that journey and we want the right people to help shape what it looks like as we scale. The team is small right now, but we’re in active recruitment and quickly growing – you’ll be joining at exactly the right moment to help set the standard for how we operate as we build out. 

As an Analyst, you’ll be a roaming resource working across all pods. 

Your Opportunity 

This is an opportunity to launch your career in the M&A industry. You won’t be a small cog in a big machine. As part of a lean, high-performing team, you’ll have direct exposure to live deals and real input into client outcomes from day one – the kind of visibility and responsibility that would take years to earn in a larger firm. You’ll work closely alongside experienced M&A professionals who are genuinely invested in your development, receiving hands-on coaching, honest feedback and the space to grow quickly. Whether it’s sitting in client meetings, contributing to transaction strategy or building your technical toolkit, this is a role where your progress is taken seriously and you will play a real part in building a business that’s growing rapidly. 

How You’ll Make a Difference 

• Be a roaming resource. You’ll keep the engine running day to day – scheduling, meeting coordination, trackers, and day to day admin that keeps everything moving 
• Prepare client-ready materials, pitch documents and presentations to a high standard 
• Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards and reporting packs that keep teams and clients aligned 
• Attend client meetings alongside senior staff, capturing actions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks 
• Work across all pods on live M&A, integration and transformation programmes – you’ll get exposure to the full deal lifecycle 
• Conduct research and due diligence on target companies, markets and sectors to inform deal strategy 
• Support the team on tech setup, back-end system management and general operational tasks 
• Contribute to and create internal tools, templates and ways of working as we scale 

You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If: 

• You’re genuinely excited by AI and technology and how it’s changing the way we work. You keep up with what’s coming and aren’t afraid to be the person who says “there’s a better way to do this” 
• You’re a natural collaborator – you know when to lead, when to support and can work dynamically in a team 
• You reflect honestly on what went well and what didn’t – and you actually do something about it. Your take your own development seriously and don’t wait for someone else to drive it 
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or something similar is useful but not essential. We care more about what you’ve done and how you work – if you’ve got 3+ years of relevant experience or qualifications that got you there a different way we want to hear from you 
• A genuine interest in professional services and consulting, ideally with some experience or understanding of Private Equity, M&A or deal-making environments 
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, particularly when working with financial data, models and client-facing documents 
• A proactive, driven attitude – you take initiative, get things done and are always looking for ways to add value without being asked 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely within a small, high-performing team and hold your own in client-facing situations 
• Comfortable working at pace, managing multiple tasks and adapting when priorities shift – this is a busy environment and no two days look the same
