Amazon Marketplace Assistant Full Time NEW

Simply Pleasure is a growing eCommerce, retail and wholesale business operating across leading online marketplaces. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment supporting the day-to-day running of our Amazon Seller Central marketplace operations.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Marketplace Manager, you will support the smooth operation and performance of our online marketplace accounts.

This is a varied role combining administration, reporting, analysis, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Processing marketplace orders accurately and efficiently

Data input and spreadsheet management

Producing reports and supporting KPI tracking

Assisting with stock management and inventory monitoring

Supporting Amazon Seller Central operations

Analysing marketplace performance and identifying trends

Maintaining accurate operational records and workflows

Supporting day-to-day marketplace operations and administrative tasks

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Good analytical and problem-solving ability

Experience working with reports and KPIs

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

Desirable Skills

Previous Amazon Seller Central experience

Stock management or inventory experience

Previous marketplace experience
