AI Growth Intern Full Time NEW

Prefyle builds tools for the IPO and capital markets workflow — DRHPs, BRLM coordination, SEBI ICDR compliance. We’re looking for a Growth Intern who already understands this world and can use AI to scale how we reach the people who live in it: merchant bankers, CFOs, company secretaries, compliance officers, and founders heading toward listing.

What you’ll do

• Write content that an IPO-bound CFO or a BRLM associate would actually stop scrolling for — SEO articles, LinkedIn posts, breakdowns of recent DRHPs and SEBI circulars
• Own LinkedIn for Prefyle and the founders — build a calendar, grow presence with the right audience, not vanity follows
• Run targeted outbound to merchant banks, law firms, and pre-IPO companies — build lists, write sequences that don’t sound like outbound, book meetings
• Use AI tools to move faster — turn a 200-page DRHP into a thread, draft sequences, automate research — but the judgment on what’s worth saying has to be yours
• Report weekly on what’s landing with the audience and what isn’t

You must have

• Direct exposure to the Indian listing process — merchant banking, investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, law firm capital markets practice, company secretarial work, or a compliance/CFO function at a company that has filed or is preparing to file
• Working knowledge of DRHP structure, SEBI ICDR Regulations, the BRLM workflow, and what actually happens between filing and listing
• The ability to write clearly for this audience — if you can’t tell the difference between how a banker and a compliance officer would phrase the same point, this isn’t the role
• Genuine fluency with AI tools, not surface-level use

Nice to have

• You’ve worked on a live IPO, QIP, or rights issue
• You write publicly (LinkedIn, Substack, anywhere) about capital markets
