Job Title: AI Governance Specialist – Capital Markets – Leadership Client: Elite Investment FirmSalary: Up to £100k Base + BonusLocation: London (Hybrid)Sells: Cutting-edge AI initiatives, ownership of greenfield governance frameworks, direct exposure to Front Office stakeholders, collaborative and high-performing teams, modern tech stack, excellent work-life balance and a genuinely strong culture.An Elite Investment Firm is looking for a highly talented AI Governance Specialist to join a cutting-edge Capital Markets technology function focused on Responsible AI, data governance, and AI readiness.This team has significant investment and backing from senior leadership, operates in a fast-paced front-office environment, and is made up of exceptional technologists and business stakeholders driving AI adoption across the firm.Role:Working closely with Front Office, Technology, and Data teams to implement AI Governance frameworks across Capital MarketsSupporting the governance of AI/ML solutions across the full lifecycle including development, validation, deployment, and monitoringDriving Responsible AI initiatives focused on explainability, fairness, transparency, and regulatory complianceLeading AI readiness initiatives across key Capital Markets datasets including data quality, lineage, and accessibilityMaintaining AI solution inventories, governance controls, and operational processes aligned with evolving regulationsPartnering with stakeholders across business and technology to shape AI strategy and governance best practicesWorking with modern data and AI tooling including Databricks, Python, and enterprise data platformsSkills:Strong experience within Capital Markets environments (Desirable)Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle governance and Responsible AI principlesExperience working with data governance, metadata, lineage, or data quality initiativesExposure to AI/ML tooling and platforms such as Databricks and PythonKnowledge of model governance, validation, monitoring, or regulatory frameworksStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with large datasets and analytical toolingPassion for AI, data, and emerging technologiesAbility to operate in fast-paced, front-office-facing environments
