AI and Digital Support Apprentice Full Time

An innovative organisation in the IT services space is looking for an AI and Digital Support Apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to join a professional team of support engineers, assisting a variety of commercial clients with their digital and technical requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries via email, telephone, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues using remote access tools.
• Building and maintaining desktop PCs, laptops, and servers for various client environments.
• Assisting clients with digital and AI requirements to help automate and streamline business processes.
• Monitoring support tickets to ensure all incidents are resolved within agreed service level agreements.

What We’re Looking For

• A keen interest in digital technology and a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude toward technical challenges.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, or macOS environments.
• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom with the required GCSE qualifications.
