Ensure that personal ESR information including annual leave is kept up to date. Cover a range of shift patterns and sites as required by the service and its patients, which may include both early and late shifts and occasional weekend working. Provide cross-cover for other staff across the Care Group to ensure a consistent and effective service is maintained at all times. Attend any meetings relevant to the SAT role. General administrative duties for the department such as filing, photocopying and distribution of mail. Register referrals and make arrangements for clinical grading Deal with concerns / complaints as appropriate, immediately escalating where necessary to the appropriate Team Leader for action.Administrative and organisational experience.Proficient in the use of all hospital computerised patient systems.Excellent telephone / communication skills.Proven ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and multi-task.Friendly and approachable manner.Polite, sympathetic, patient and diplomatic.Able to get on with people and share knowledge with others.Person specificationQualifications, Knowledge And ExperienceEssential criteriaGood standard of education with literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE pass level 4-9 or equivalent standardNVQ 2 diploma or equivalent experienceExperience of working in a customer led environmentCompetent in the use of Microsoft Office packagesEvidence of computer literacyDesirable criteriaCourses/further study attended to demonstrate evidence of personal developmentProficient in the use of hospital computerised patient systemsCall handling experienceExperience of working shiftsTrust ValuesEssential criteriaPatients FirstAlways ImprovingWorking Together
