We’re excited to be looking for an Administrator and Scheduling Coordinator to join our Damp and Mould and Disrepair team. You’ll work from our Eastleigh office to schedule, coordinate, monitor and proactively manage the Damp & Mould team diaries to deliver an effective service as part of our Healthy Homes programme.
Excellent customer service skills are essential as well as strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills. You will be required to liaise with customers, trade operatives, senior management, legal department and other operational service teams.
If you have experience scheduling jobs and strong administration skills along with a can-do attitude, you could be exactly who we’re looking for! You will be required to work independently as well as part of a team.
