HQ Operations Coordinator (North America)

We are a fast-growing and creative boba café brand building a unique experience across the U.S. — combining drinks, design, and entertainment into one.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a HQ Operations Coordinator to support our North America operations and work closely with our founder, Gary.

The Role

This role focuses on coordination, execution, and keeping operations aligned across multiple stores and internal teams.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HQ operations, tracking progress, and ensuring that key initiatives are properly followed through.

This is a structured and focused role — not a high-pressure sales or customer service position.

• Part-time (approximately 4 hours per day)

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible within daytime hours

• Designed for a balanced and low-stress work environment

• Primarily remote, with occasional visits to local stores as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal dashboards (store performance, project tracking, weekly reports)

• Support weekly HQ meetings (data preparation, notes, follow-up tracking)

• Coordinate across teams to ensure projects stay on track

• Track progress of new store openings and existing store improvements

• Organize design and marketing requests

• Assist in aligning operations between different departments

• Not a sales role

• No pricing or cost responsibilities

• No direct supplier or factory communication

• Not a high-stress customer service position

Requirements

• Strong English communication (required)

• Mandarin Chinese is a plus

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic tools

• Positive, calm, and easy to work with
