Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $42,000 – $65,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the team. The role coordinates schedules, manages documents, and handles the operational details that allow the broader team to focus on their work.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate meetings, schedules, and shared calendars across multiple stakeholders
– Maintain organised digital filing systems and ensure documents are accessible and current
– Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate action items with clear ownership
– Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping support as required
– Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and routine administrative requests
– Provide ad-hoc support to leaders on projects that need an organised pair of hands
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 1+ years in an administrative or office support role
– Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
– Excellent written and verbal communication in English
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
– Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Notion
– High discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
