We also organise events and use our proprietary in-house virtual events platform to deliver customised solutions.
Role Description
This full-time hybrid role of Administrative Assistant/Account Executive is based in Greater London with flexibility for partial remote work.
In this role, the Administrative Assistant/Account Executive works closely with the Account Team to support the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing and PR activities, including the creation and distribution of compelling content such as press releases, social media posts, invitations, newsletters, e-shots, journals, and other promotional materials. They play an important role in coordinating and supporting events, press conferences, and industry functions, with opportunities to attend where required.

They bring energy, creativity and strong social media and organisational skills. Above all, they are eager to learn and grow.
We offer 20 days’ holiday per annum (rising to 25 after 3 years full-time with the company) plus all bank holidays, as well as a paid day off for your birthday, giving you extra time to relax and celebrate.
