Elmdale IT Services Limited is a growing Managed IT Services Provider based in Aldermaston, supporting businesses, schools and organisations across Berkshire and the surrounding areas. We are passionate about delivering reliable, friendly and professional IT support, consultancy, telecoms, cyber security and cloud solutions.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Full-Time Admin Assistant to join our team and support the smooth running of our busy office.
About the Role
This is a varied and important role within the business. You will be supporting the management, sales and technical teams with day-to-day administration, helping ensure jobs, quotes, orders and client requests are handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident using Microsoft Office, comfortable speaking to clients and suppliers, and happy working in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience with Autotask, Sage, IT services, telecoms or managed service providers would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys keeping things organised, helping others and making sure tasks are completed properly. You do not need to be technical, but you should be comfortable working around technology and happy to learn how our systems and processes work.
You will play a key part in helping Elmdale IT continue to deliver excellent service to our clients.
