About The Role

The Accounts Payable Clerk at LHH US plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal control procedures. A bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates familiar with accounting software and ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is essential for managing data and preparing reports. Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Perform invoice matching, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with check runs, ACH payments, and maintain accurate payment tracking records.
• Organize and maintain up-to-date accounts payable files and supporting documentation for audit readiness.
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and provide necessary account reconciliation support.
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing AP accruals and relevant reports.
• Assist during audits by providing documentation, schedules, and explanations as required.
• Collaborate with accounting and program teams to ensure proper expense allocation and compliance with policies.
