Accountant (Newly Qualified) Full Time NEW

Role Function

• Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Support budgeting, cash forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with statutory accounts preparation and audit processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial objectives
• Assist with tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, Customs declarations etc) where required
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

The person:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
• 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably within industry
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excited to work in a constantly evolving business environment, where growth and strong employee led culture is central and of key priority
