We were named Financial Services Forum Agency of the Year in 2024 and 2020, and specialise in bringing feeling to finance through emotive, insight-led marketing.We work with brands including LV=, OneFamily, Amundi, Verisk, Benenden Health and Agria Pet Insurance, delivering everything from brand strategy and campaigns to digital, content, web, social and email.We’re a small, close-knit team with a collaborative, flexible and supportive culture — offering real ownership and exposure across a wide range of projects and clients.The RoleWe’re looking for an Account Manager (1–3 years’ agency experience) who wants to take ownership of client relationships and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns within a growing agency.You’ll manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end — from brief through to delivery and reporting — while working closely with internal creative teams and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.What You’ll Be DoingActing as the primary day-to-day contact for 2–3 client accountsManaging projects end-to-end — from briefing through to delivery and reportingBuilding strong client relationships and becoming a trusted partnerCollaborating with internal and external creative teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standardDeveloping a deep understanding of client businesses to add value to their marketingMonitoring and reporting on campaign and project performanceManaging budgets from scoping and costing through to billing (with support from your Account Director)Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business conversationsKeeping internal systems, timelines and communication organised and up to dateWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or digital agency (required)Experience managing or supporting multiple client accounts or projectsStrong organisation and project management skillsExcellent communication skills (copywriting a bonus)Solid understanding of marketing channels and current trendsAbility to quickly get up to speed on complex products and take initiative to learnComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentCurious, proactive and keen to develop your career in account managementInterest in financial services (a bonus, not essential)What We Offer£30k–£35k salary, depending on experienceHybrid working (2–3 days in our Waterloo office)20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with servicePrivate healthcare via Benenden (including 24/7 GP, mental health support & more)1:1 financial coaching with Octopus MoneyWhy Join Moreish?This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing but fun agency where you’ll have real responsibility, exposure to exciting clients, and the chance to grow quickly in your role.
