• Location: Exeter Business Park (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
• Sector: IT (Total flexibility—Contract, Perm, Cyber, Software, Data, etc.)
• Focus: Full 360 desk with a heavy emphasis on Business Development and client ownership.

Following the massive success of their relocation to Exeter, they are looking for an ambitious individual to join their high-performing consultant and help grow this office from the ground up.

This isn’t a “sink or swim” environment. You’ll have the full backing of a 25-person head office, a dedicated delivery team, and an MD who values honesty and loyalty over aggressive KPIs.

The Rewards

• Base Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience).
• Team Commission: Circa £4k–£5k annually.
• Personal Commission: Starting at 8% from £1 billed (tailored structures available).
• New Business Incentives: £500 for every new client you place with + an additional £500 for the second placement.
• OTE: Realistic £60k+ in Year 1 (Top billers in the group are hitting six figures).
• Company Car: Provided to be discussed.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you have recruitment experience (any sector), but we are also open to proven sales professionals with a “hunter” mentality who want to be trained into the IT recruitment space. You need to be resilient, honest, and genuinely excited about building long-term client relationships.
